01-18-08 is showing a monster number of searches for Cloverfield, a new movie in theatres today.  If you haven’t heard about the Cloverfield movie, where in the world have you been?  I can’t recall a recent flick that’s been advertised more than this one.  When I saw I Am Legend (another Will Smith movie that starts with “i”…following Independence Day, I Robot, and others), the previews to Cloverfield reminded me of camera effects used in the Blair Witch Project.  Guessing it will be #1 at the box office this weekend, but likely will disappoint.

 Bertucci’s Restaurant…lots of searches, no idea why yet.  Maybe I’ll know in the next few hours.

Georgia Frontiere died today, as did a frontier in St. Louis Rams history.  Ram’s fans will miss her dearly.  She was 80 years old and undoubtedly, many have Georgia on their minds tonight.  Ernie Holmes also died, last night, as a result of a car accident.   Homes was a 2 time Super Bowl champ with the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Remember the Steel Curtain?  We were all Steeler fans in the mid 70’s.  Thanks for the memories Ernie.

Two Lees: Denise Amber Lee is still missing and Michael Lee King is arrested.  Denise was reported missing on 1/17, taken from her home in North Port, FLA.  King is evidently not cooporating with authorities…the search for Mrs. Lee resumes tomorrow.  We hope for the best for her and her family.

Java Girls (is it javagirls.com or javagirls.net ?) You can’t tuck a buck at Starbucks, but there’s always a chance at your Local Java Girls coffee shop.  MSNBC calls it Sexpresso in Seattle and if this franchise ever makes it to my hometown, I’m going to buy a membership.  They can grind my beans anytime!  I am frothing now…

AK A - King Island Alaska : I guess a wooden mask was returned to it’s native community recently.  Big News means Big Search Volumes.  Guessing we will see Jim Carrey star in a movie about this huge event, so watch for it at a theater near you!
