Today (Tuesday, January 15th) in search made me chuckle as I noticed one of the more comical search phrases we’ve seen so far, “Where Can I Buy HGH”. This must be on people’s minds due to the rampant coverage ESPN has been giving the recently released Mitchell Report. As we all know, this report had evidence that many current and former MLB players had used performance enhancing drugs (including HGH). The question is, who was making all these searches?? I bet Roger Clemens knows!
Oprah is still the queen of search as her feature today on The Container Store has this online retailer in the number one spot. Someone better tell these companies that if they are going to be on Oprah they better make sure their site can handle the response because as we’ve seen with sites in the past, www.thecontainerstore.com is overwhelmed and has crashed.
The new series of American Gladiator which recently begain airing on NBC already has its first off-camera drama. It turns out a recent competitor named Belinda has appeared in a few softcore porn movies under the name Kylie Wyote and Kylie Biscayne. A few of roles included the movies “Bikini Airways”, “Bikini Chang Gang”, “Bikini Roundup” and “Countess Dracula’s Orgy of Blood”. Not that I’ve seen any of them personally :).
The release of the new IPhone 1.1.3 was the final glaring trend of the day. It appears this IPhone has some major problems and I’m guessing these people are not very happy. That’s all until tomorrow!
