Today in search there is a quite a commotion regarding the late Ted Ammon’s will and estate. Ted Ammon, a Wall Street big businessman, was bludgeoned to death in his East Hamptons home in October of 2001. His ex-wife, Generosa Ammon, and her husband Daniel Pelosi were both found guilty of murder. See the full story here. Murder in the Hamptons? Who killed Ted Ammon?
The first Sunday of the much anticipated, 2007 NFL Playoffs also had a heavy influence on the day in search. Ranking in the top 100 were many players (Philip Rivers, LenDale White, Chris Simms, Jeff Garcia, Chris Chambers, Vince Young, Michael Strahan, Rob Bironas, Nate Kaeding, Albert Haynesworth), coaches (Jeff Fisher and Norv Turner), announcers (Phil Simms and Boomer Esiason), officials (Ed Hochuli) and best of all the San Diego Chargers Cheerleaders.
Rock Me Gently, the 1974 hit song by Andy Kim, managed to crack the top fifty as well. This had to be due to the Jeep commercials featuring Rock Me Gently that aired nearly every commercial break during the NFL playoff games. Some people are even blogging that this could be the “worst commercial of all time”. Not quite.
Rather slow Sunday in search, catch ya tomorrow!
