Other heavy search traffic involved the weather in California. A storm stretching from southern Washington to Los Angeles has been hitting the state for most of the day and flooding is very possible. The Bay Area seems to be taking the brunt of the storm as can be seen by searches for “San Francisco weather”, “Sacramento weather” and “San Jose weather”.
Britney Spears is in the headlines and getting more searches as last night she had a stand off with police and rescue teams in her Southern California home. The confrontation involved her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, and apparently was over the custody of her children. Spears’ custody battle has long been a hot news story since she was forced to give her two young sons over to Federline a few weeks ago.
Surprise of the day goes to Amy Fisher whose sex tape holds the number two spot currently. Apparently, Fisher and her husband are attempting to market the tape online to earn some extra funds. Sounds like a great idea! See you guys tomorrow.
